At Freddy\u2019s microbakery, Brotvernissage, he learns the craft and develops the range for Schlieren with him.<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of it is Lievito Madre. Under Freddy\u2019s guidance, Florian has created his own starter culture, which he continues to nurture and develop.
